Had a very good nights rest and actually slept in till 8am. 

Felt like I needed to hydrate as soon as I got up so decided to juice up some cucumbers.

Love the smell of cucumbers and even more so, love sipping cucumbers in water.

I decided to drink a light juice and the other half thickened up to fill me up because my daughter reminded me we planned to hit the track today.

light juice

2 cucumbers

1 cup baby spinach

1 cup cold water

1 cup POM juice

thicker juice

add 1 banana

1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

Killed my blender so I invested in a "Fusion Juicer".
Could not believe how much all the various machines were out on the market.
Satisfied with my purchase of under $100.
First juice out of it was Pear & Grapefruit pure juice! Extra smooth this morning :-D
